Lisa Marquardt

Lisa Marquardt is a seasoned professional in climate adaptation and environmental planning, currently serving as the Service Leader for Climate Adaptation at Pattle Delamore Partners since January 2023. Previously, Lisa worked as a Senior Planner at the Ministry for the Environment, focusing on climate change adaptation policy, resource management, and advising senior management and Ministers. Experience also includes a role as Senior Planning Adviser at Nelson City Council, where Lisa led the development of an adaptive coastal hazard management strategy. With a solid foundation in environmental law and policy from esteemed institutions, Lisa's expertise extends to strategic research, project management, and high-quality policy development in the context of climate change and sustainability.
