Caroline Toklu

Caroline Toklu currently serves as an Office Manager at PATYKA since September 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline dedicated over 13 years to France terre d'asile, where responsibilities included managing a team of six social workers, overseeing a support facility for 162 individuals, and representing the organization in institutional matters. Caroline has also worked as a Refugees' Rights Lawyer, aiding asylum seekers through legal processes, drafting documents, and conducting research. Additional experience includes co-founding VANESSA & CAROLINE - CREATRICES DE MARIAGES, serving as a Legal Counsellor at EGO ESPOIR GOUTTE D'OR, and volunteering with Amnesty International France. Educational qualifications include a Masters in International Public Law and advanced degrees in Human Rights and International Law.
