Tom Lefevere

Tom Lefevere is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Pàu, Tom contributes to Elia's mission of establishing a reliable and sustainable energy system in Belgium. Previously, as Design Lead at Johnson & Johnson, Tom optimized design processes within the EMEA design team. Additional previous roles include Lead UX Designer at Telenet, Securex, and Telenet/Base, as well as UX Designer at Nobel Biocare and Xerius, where the focus was on enhancing customer experience through digital ecosystem analysis. Tom's career began as a Graphic Designer at Inventi and Typografics, working with notable clients on various design projects. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Productontwikkeling from the University of Antwerp and is pursuing professional education in online sales psychology through the Interaction Design Foundation.
