Tom Fisher

Tom Fisher is an experienced transport planner currently serving as an Associate at Paul Basham Associates since December 2022, with a prior extensive background at Hampshire County Council from May 2015 to December 2022, where roles included Senior Transport Planner and Transport Planner. Tom began professional experience in the hospitality sector, holding the position of Head Chef at Baroda Care from August 2013 to May 2015 and working as a Chef at Windham Hill Inn from July 2010 to July 2011. Tom holds a Master of Science in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Southampton, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from University College Birmingham, completed from 2009 to 2013.
