Jace Caldwell

Jace Caldwell currently serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Paul Davis USA, a position held since July 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating restoration projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. Prior to this, Jace held various roles at Paul Davis, including Mitigation Operations Manager, Estimator, Project Director, and Lead Technician, focusing on disaster recovery and operational management. Earlier experience includes working as an Outdoor and Garden Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc., managing inventory and customer assistance, and serving as Summer Staff at Nouryon, where work involved following OSHA protocols in a chemical plant. Jace earned an Associate of Science degree in Nursing Education from East Mississippi Community College between 2014 and 2016.
