Jeff Gilmer

Jeff Gilmer is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the construction and emergency services industries. As the owner of Paul Davis Emergency Services of Baldwin Co. and Paul Davis Emergency Services of Northeast Birmingham since 2016 and 2014 respectively, Gilmer has demonstrated leadership in crisis management. Prior to this, Gilmer owned Breckenridge, LLC, specializing as a remodeling and roofing contractor, and managed Gilmer Construction, which focused on custom homebuilding and subdivision development. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure in sales and marketing at Courtesy Buick, achieving national recognition, and serving as Corporate Credit Manager at Sherman International, overseeing significant accounts receivable. Jeff Gilmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
