Tom Culver

Tom Culver is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in ownership and leadership roles across multiple industries. As the owner of Paul Davis Restoration of Tulsa since February 1993, Culver has significantly contributed to the restoration sector. Prior to this, Culver owned Air Doctor from 2001 to June 2022 and served as Chairman of the Strategic Marketing Committee for Paul Davis Restoration International, where strategic marketing plans were developed for a $400 million franchise network. Additional roles include President of SmartPay, Product Manager at Union Pacific Railroad, and Accounting Manager at Fluor, where involvement in the Sasol project was notable. Culver began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant at PwC and served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, achieving multiple promotions and commendations. Culver holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton.
