Shaifeez Siddik

Shaifeez Siddik has a strong background in information technology with a focus on e-commerce development. Shaifeez started their career at Ace Cargo Service Ltd. in 1996 as an Information Technology Coordinator, where they coordinated a computer reinstallation project and Oracle migration. From 1998 to 2003, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, providing user support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and conducting faculty workshops on integrating technology.

In 2004, Siddik joined Paul Fredrick as an Information Technology Administrator and later took on the role of Information Technology Manager, where they developed and maintained order processing and information systems, automated order processing for external partners, and ensured data integrity and security. Shaifeez then served as a Senior Web Project Manager, overseeing web development activities and managing a budget of $700K.

Siddik was promoted to Director of Information Technology at Paul Fredrick in 2010, where they formulated strategies to meet infrastructure requirements, spearheaded e-commerce development projects, and maintained sales growth. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Information Technology, leading all aspects of IT and telecommunication operations, driving innovation, and improving sales channels.

Throughout their career, Siddik has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing internal teams and consultants, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Shaifeez Siddik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science with a concentration in Business from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Shaifeez has also earned an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university.
