Anne Shukla

Anne Shukla currently serves as a Measurement and Evaluation Officer for the Arts & Communities program at the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Systems & Process Improvement Advisor for the City of Seattle, focusing on significant financial process improvements. Anne has also contributed as a Board Leadership Training Faculty Member for ArtsFund, providing strategic planning training for arts organization board members. As a Senior Consultant at MEMconsultants, Anne specialized in program evaluation and performance management for nonprofits, and held various consulting roles in program evaluation and research. Additional experience includes managerial positions at YouthCare Seattle and teaching roles at Seattle University, along with earlier positions in volunteer management and youth counseling. Anne holds an MFA in Arts Leadership from Seattle University and a BA in Public Communication from American University.
