Joseph Gray is a dedicated social entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in youth empowerment and workplace equity. As Co-Founder of Bloody Good Employers, Joseph Gray collaborates with UK employers to promote menstrual equity while raising funds for Bloody Good Period. Joseph Gray also leads initiatives for youth organizations through roles at always possible and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, providing advisory support for scaling impact. Previous positions include consulting for The Mix Charity on innovative youth employment opportunities and curating creative experiences for young people at the Barbican Centre. With a background in strategic support for education and community engagement, Joseph Gray is committed to fostering inclusive environments across various sectors. Joseph Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Newcastle University.
