Carl-Richard Gresitza

Carl-Richard Gresitza is an experienced professional in tender and contract management with a strong focus on sales excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Tender & Contract Management at HARTMANN GROUP since April 2021, Carl-Richard leads a 13-person team, driving change management, employee development, and establishing efficient processes to enhance output. Prior to this role, Carl-Richard held various positions at PUREN Pharma GmbH & Co. KG from March 2016 to February 2021, including Manager Tender & Demand Planning and Manager Tendering & Pricing, where responsibilities encompassed demand planning, pricing strategy, and tender management. Carl-Richard’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance from the International School of Management, along with additional studies at Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Technische Universität Dresden.
