Julien Guisthau

Julien Guisthau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and IT controlling. Currently serving as the Head of Business Process Management at HARTMANN GROUP since January 2020, Julien focuses on transforming the organization into a global player by enhancing process efficiency, scalability, and harmonization. Previously, Julien held the position of Senior Manager in charge of Group IT Controlling, where responsibilities included pioneering zero-based budgeting practices and establishing an entrepreneurial culture within the IT organization. Julien's career includes significant roles at HENSOLDT, where a new IM governance organization was created, and Airbus, where project portfolio management and product quality assurance were key contributions. A graduate of Nantes Université with a Master's in Management specializing in project management, Julien also holds degrees in Economics from Universidad de Cádiz and Université de Rennes I.
