Wayne Marsland

Wayne Marsland is a Senior Quality Manager at HARTMANN GROUP since October 2019. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Quality Manager at Special Metals from June 2015 to September 2019 and at Tata Steel in Europe from July 2006 to June 2015. With a background in Materials Engineering and extensive experience in quality management within the automotive sector, Wayne has successfully led projects focusing on the development of technically demanding products and implementation of robust processes. Their educational journey includes a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Swansea University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University, among others.
