Briana Sooy

Briana Sooy is an Entertainment Associate at Paul Hastings in the Century City office, specializing in the Corporate department as well as Entertainment & Media since October 2022. A cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (2019-2022), Briana was actively involved in various organizations, serving as President of the Sports Law Society and Secretary of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Additionally, Briana gained practical experience through internships and clerkships, including a role as a Legal Intern at Valiant Management Group focused on Name, Image, and Likeness arrangements, and as a Summer Law Clerk at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County. Prior to law school, Briana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California, Davis, where involvement in athletics and campus promotions underscored a commitment to community engagement.
