Frank Lopez

Frank Lopez currently serves as the Chair of Paul Hastings, having joined the firm in April 2019. In addition to this role, Frank holds the position of Managing Partner and Chair Elect and co-heads the Securities and Capital Markets practice while being a Partner in Leveraged Finance. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Frank was a Partner and Co-Head of the Global Capital Markets Group at Proskauer Rose LLP from 2004 to April 2019. Frank earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.
