Henri Martin

Henri Martin is currently an Associate in M&A at Paul Hastings, having joined in March 2023. Past experience includes a legal secondee role at Goldman Sachs in the Asset & Wealth Management (Private) Division, as well as various positions at One Essex Court and Singer Capital Markets, focusing on private capital and corporate finance. Henri Martin completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Law School and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the same institution. A Bachelor of Arts in History was earned from the University of Warwick, which included an Erasmus+ exchange programme at the Università degli Studi di Torino. Educational background also features attendance at Cranleigh School.
