Matt Farnum

Matt Farnum is a Fund Finance Associate at Paul Hastings since December 2020, with previous experience as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2019. Matt has held various roles in academia, including Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Cornell Law School, as well as Note Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. Additional experience includes managing the Supreme Court Bulletin for the Legal Information Institute and serving as a Summer Associate at Brann & Isaacson and Clark+Elbing LLP. Matt's legal career began as a Paralegal at Clark+Elbing LLP and includes a role as a Legal Intern at Dow's Law Office, P.A. Educationally, Matt earned a Doctor of Law with a Business Law Concentration from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Philosophy from Boston College. Early education was completed at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
