Michelle Liffman SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and administration across multiple prestigious firms. Currently serving as Managing Director of Talent Management at Paul Hastings since June 2020, Michelle designs and implements global talent management strategies while overseeing a diverse team handling compensation, benefits, HRIS, performance management, and employee relations for approximately 2,000 employees. Previous roles include Director of Talent Management at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Director of Administration for Covington & Burling LLP, Chief Talent Management Officer at Nossaman LLP, and Southern California Human Resources Manager at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Michelle began her career in human resources as Director of Human Resources at Brown & Riding Insurance Services, Inc.
