Molly Isken

Molly Isken is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as Manager of Lateral Partner Onboarding and Integration at Paul Hastings since November 2021. Previously, Molly held multiple roles at Paul Hastings, including Manager and Administrator in Talent Acquisition & Development. At Loeb & Loeb LLP, Molly was the Legal Talent Management and CLE Administrator, and prior to that, held the position of Recruiting Assistant at Venable LLP. Molly began a career in legal support as an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where responsibilities included document review and data management. Earlier volunteer experience includes guiding children in reading skills with SMART (Start Making A Reader Today). Molly holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Reed College, completed in 2014.
