Rachel Pasternak

Rachel Pasternak, JD, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Associate Director and Talent Management Business Partner at Paul Hastings since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing employee relations issues and coaching on performance management. Previously, Rachel Pasternak held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Proskauer Rose LLP, guiding employees and managers in multiple offices on performance management and developing firm-wide HR policies. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of New York, where significant litigation work was conducted on behalf of state officials and agencies, as well as roles at Pryor Cashman LLP and Blank Rome LLP, focusing on labor and employment law. Rachel Pasternak earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
