Rick Krzyminski

Rick Krzyminski serves as the Manager of Client and Practice Solution Development at Paul Hastings, a role held since September 2022. Prior to this, Rick was the Client Solutions Officer at Baker Donelson from 2012 to 2022, where oversight included the firm’s Client Solutions Group, focused on enhancing client engagement through various operational strategies. Earlier career roles at Baker Donelson included Chief Knowledge Management Officer and Knowledge Management Director, where responsibilities encompassed strategic knowledge initiatives and the facilitation of technological efficiencies in legal workflows. Rick's experience also features a tenure at Mayer Brown as the Assistant Director of Global Knowledge & Web Solutions, managing a substantial team and technology budgets. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Illinois Chicago.
