Scott Frederick Peachman

Scott Frederick Peachman is an experienced attorney specializing in chemical and life sciences patent litigation and prosecution. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Paul Hastings since June 2015, Scott represents major chemical and pharmaceutical companies in complex patent disputes, handling all phases of discovery, trial preparation, and expert engagements. Prior to this role, Scott was a Senior Litigation Associate at Cooley LLP, focusing on patent applications and compliance, and held various positions at Lippes Mathias LLP, participating in patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation.
