Conor Turnage has a strong background in entrepreneurship and ownership. Conor started their career in 2003 as the owner of Conor Turnage Vending. From there, they moved on to become a co-owner and vice president at multiple Paul Mitchell schools, including those in Dallas, San Antonio, and Ardmore. In 2014, they became a co-owner of Paul Mitchell the School Roanoke. In 2015, Conor added co-owner and investor roles at Paul Mitchell the School Miami and 3 Nations Brewing to their portfolio. Lastly, Conor became a co-owner of The Temple Annapolis: A Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2015 as well.
