Claudia Smith

Claudia Smith has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Claudia started their career in 1996 with CB Sullivan Company, where they worked as a Distributor Sales Consultant and Brand Manager for John Paul Mitchell Systems. In this role, they served as a field consultant for three states, servicing salons and managing the brand. After nine years with CB Sullivan Company, Claudia joined John Paul Mitchell Systems in 2005 as a Regional Director. Claudia held this position for over a decade before being promoted to Sales + Marketing Manager in 2016. In their most recent role, they served as the Senior Director of Learning & Development, where they contributed to the company's training and development programs.

Claudia Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Marketing from Northeastern University, where they attended from 1989 to 1993.
