Kristin Firrell

Kristin Firrell is an experienced leader in the professional beauty industry, currently serving as Vice President of Salon Development at John Paul Mitchell Systems since August 2007. Previously, Kristin held the position of President at Concepts 2 Creations, LLC, specializing in beauty industry consulting from January 2001 to August 2007. Kristin also served as Executive Director for the BEST Foundation from 2001 to 2006, where significant contributions included the establishment of the Global Salon Business Awards® program and the UCLA Executive Salon Management Program, showcasing expertise in brand development and event management. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President of Business Development at Timequest, LLC, and as VP Education at Redken from 1982 to 1997. Kristin holds an education from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completed between 2004 and 2005.
