Paul O'Connor

Paul O'Connor is an experienced bakery professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Bakery Manager at Paul UK Ltd since April 2014, Paul has previously held the same managerial role at tbs and The Great American Bagel Factory. In the earlier stages of the career, Paul served as Director at Total Bake Solutions and held managerial positions at Maple Leaf Foods Inc and Simmons the Bakers, where responsibilities included managing bread operations and overseeing night shifts. Educationally, Paul attended SJN from 1985 to 1987.
