Bharath Mohan

Bharath Mohan currently serves as a Senior M&A Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where involvement includes participation in the New York State Bar Association Task Force on Advancing Diversity. Previous experience includes an Associate position at Latham & Watkins from October 2017 to May 2021, with earlier roles as a Summer Associate at Balch & Bingham LLP and Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP. Bharath's legal practice focuses on advising public corporations and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions while maintaining a robust pro bono practice. Prior to legal practice, Bharath worked in external affairs for the Office of Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe and held various internship positions, including in the United States Senate and at Dartmouth College. Bharath holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
