Courtney Engles Loukusa

Courtney Engles Loukusa MS is a highly experienced professional in quality control and assurance within the skincare industry, holding the position of Director of Global Quality at Paula's Choice Skincare since March 2013. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Quality & Commercialization and QA & QC Manager, where Courtney led the implementation of an Electronic Document Management System compliant with 21CFR Part 11 and developed a comprehensive cGMP Quality System. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate Scientist at Syntrix Biosystems, focusing on the design and synthesis of potential drug candidates, and as a Teaching Assistant at Western Washington University, instructing students in general chemistry laboratory techniques.
