Radhika Jain

Radhika Jain is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in driving organizational success through innovative HR initiatives across various markets in Southeast Asia. Currently serving as the HR Director for Paula's Choice Skincare, Radhika specializes in developing tailored HR strategies to meet the needs of the region. Previously, Radhika was the Senior HR Business Partner at Groz-Beckert East Asia LLP, managing HR initiatives across multiple Asian countries. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner and Onsite HR Consultant at Microsoft Singapore, as well as account management at Nuvista Technologies. Radhika holds an MBA in Human Resources and International Business from Amity University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.
