Rob Marssdorf

Rob Marssdorf is an accomplished IT Data Analytics Manager currently leading global efforts at Paula's Choice Skincare since March 2024. Previously, Rob served as Director of Data Management at Vesta from October 2011 to May 2023, where responsibilities included innovating data products and enhancing collaboration across teams to improve data-driven decision-making. During the tenure as Data Analytics Manager at Vesta, Rob successfully created a centralized Data Warehouse and built a team of data and reporting engineers. Earlier in the career, Rob was a Programmer Analyst IV at Columbia Sportswear from September 1999 to June 2011, focusing on the development and maintenance of complex systems. Rob holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.
