Seth Salinas

Seth Salinas is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in product development and operations management in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Paula's Choice Skincare since March 2021, Seth has previously held the role of Senior Specialist in Product Development. At SeaCast, Inc., from June 2015 to March 2021, Seth was nominated to lead a cross-functional development team for a new production facility and managed multiple development products simultaneously. Prior roles include Project Manager and Contract Administrator at Seacast Inc., and Supervisor at Precision Castparts, where Seth implemented efficiency programs and improved operational space. Seth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Seattle University between 2008 and 2010.
