L. Miguel Salinas has extensive experience in environmental services, currently serving as Executive Vice President at PS&S since November 2007, with key responsibilities including profit/loss management, sales, technical oversight, personnel management, and strategic planning across six offices. L. Miguel Salinas is also a member of the PS&S Management Committee and chairs the energy utility sales team. Prior to PS&S, L. Miguel Salinas held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager at Schoor DePalma from March 1987 to July 2007, overseeing similar functions for a large engineering and environmental consulting group. L. Miguel Salinas holds a Master of Science in Soil Science from Louisiana State University (1981-1983) and a Bachelor of Science in Soil Science from the University of Arkansas (1977-1981).
