Sophiya Faizal is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leadership and project management across various sectors. As Co-Founder of PAUS since November 2021, Sophiya has consistently demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Since 2016, Sophiya has served as Director and Executive Director for KEF Holdings, a multinational conglomerate specializing in strategic investments, infrastructure manufacturing, and healthcare development. Previously, Sophiya gained valuable experience as a Program Management Intern at Kauffman Fellows, where exposure to entrepreneurship and venture capital enriched skills in innovation and leadership. Sophiya's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in International Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, complemented by early education at The International School of Choueifat, Sharjah.

Be in the pursuit to find rest in play.
