Kelly De Jonghe

Kelly De Jonghe has over ten years of experience in business development and account management for the CommaGroup, a cluster of competence centers within the Cronos Group. In their current role as Recruitment Lead for IT at Pauwels Consulting, they are responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for a variety of projects.

Prior to joining Pauwels Consulting, Kelly spent three years with CommaGroup, where they helped deliver solutions to customers that handle (un)structured data. In their role at CommaGroup, they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, as well as overseeing the selection of products and technologies used by the company.

Kelly has a deep understanding of enterprise search, enterprise and web content management, mobile solutions, portals, and e-learning. Kelly is a strong advocate for knowledge sharing and has helped build CommaGroup’s reputation as a leading provider of innovative solutions.

Kelly De Jonghe received their Bachelor's degree in Communication management with a major in Sales management from Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen - Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool. Kelly also has an ASO in Latin - Modern Languages - Human Sciences from Onze Lieve Vrouw Presentatie Boom. In addition, they are certified by LinkedIn in Coaching for LinkedIn Success and Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment. Finally, they have a Google Search for Work Certified Sales Specialist certification from Google.
