Melina Uyttebroeck

Melina Uyttebroeck is the Talent Manager for IT at Pauwels Consulting. Melina has over two years of experience working in HR, specifically in talent management, and has been with Pauwels Consulting for just over a year. Prior to their current role, Melina worked as an HR Business Partner for Inetum-Realdolmen. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy, as well as being a link between management, HR, and employees. Melina has also taken on various other HR roles throughout their career, such as process controller, project manager, and change agent. Throughout their various roles, Melina has always been focused on developing productive and collaborative teams.
