Tom Eerens is an account manager and IT consultant with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Tom has worked with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations, in a variety of industries. Eerens began their career in 2005 as a program manager with T-Systems Belgium. Tom remained with T-Systems Belgium for nearly nine years before moving to Myrtus NV as service manager in 2014.

In 2015, Eerens founded their own consultancy, Tom Eerens Consultancy. Tom provided services to clients in a variety of industries, including IT, healthcare, and manufacturing. Tom also worked with DCI IT, a company specializing in the placement of motivated IT infrastructure professionals for all types of projects. Eerens served as COO of DCI IT from August 2015 to October 2020.

Eerens joined Pauwels Consulting in October 2020 as an account manager and IT consultant. In this role, they are responsible for Pauwels Consulting's IT account management.

Tom Eerens studied computer science at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and College Sint-Niklaas. Tom also has certifications from next level consulting in Contract and Claim management, ESPRIT St. Gallen in Effective Cost management, EXIN in ITIL V2 and ITIL V3, and Deutsche Telekom in Leadership Excellence training.
