Pava is the independent financial advisor for entrepreneurs, investors, and companies. We are a spin-off of TD Cowen, a division of TD Securities, with 12 partners and 50 employees in five offices in Germany and Switzerland.

As a team of specialists, we combine more than twenty years of international experience. We have closed over 400 transactions with a total value of around € 8 billion. We achieve real deal Value with Passion. 

We stand by the side of our clients from fast-growing, technology-driven SME sectors. We think for them and as a part of them. 

Our sector expertise is in Healthcare, TMT, Sustainability Tech, Industrials & Robotics, Consumer & Internet and Business Services. The transaction volumes managed are between € 30 to 300 million.
