Doris G.

Doris G. currently serves as the 4th Grade Team Lead and Elementary School Teacher at PAVE Schools, where employment has continued since August 2018, alongside the role of Director of Elementary Summer School. As Chief Executive Officer at For The Culture NY LLC since October 2019, Doris G. has led initiatives supporting educational equity. Prior experience includes teaching 2nd grade at KIPP NYC from July 2015 to June 2018 and working as a Resident Advisor at Relay Graduate School of Education for a brief period in 2017. Doris G. began a teaching career at Lincoln Public Schools, holding a teaching position from August 2011 to May 2015.
