Julie A. Rhea

Julie A. Rhea, PHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Pave America, focusing on strategies to enhance business outcomes and employee relations across the Midwest and West Coast. Prior to this role, Julie held positions as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Meeco Sullivan, where strategic collaboration with company leadership was key. Julie's experience also includes an interim role as HR Director for the City of Fort Smith, overseeing HR support for a large employee base, and Director of Human Resources at Bancsource, managing nationwide HR functions. With a foundation in HR as an HR Generalist at ProEnergy Services and previous administrative roles, Julie's career began in the US Army as HR Personnel. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from William Woods University and an Associate of Applied Sciences from Kansas State University.
