Jay Gould

Jay Gould has over 35 years of experience in the financial service industry. Jay has held various roles in several law firms and in-house legal departments since 1984. From 2015 until early 2022, they worked as a partner and owner at Winston & Strawn LLP. In February 2022, they joined Pave Finance as a partner and outside general counsel. Later in March 2022, they began working at Baker Botts LLP as a Special Counsel in their San Francisco office, advising investment advisers and funds on regulatory and legal matters.

From 1974 to 1975, Jay Gould attended Washington State University and from 1976 to 1978, they studied at the University of Washington. It is unknown if they obtained a degree or what field of study they pursued.
