Kilian Marsh

Kilian Marsh is the current Chief of Staff at Pave. Kilian has also held the positions of Enterprise Account Executive and Sales at Pave. Kilian was the 1st sales hire at Pave. Prior to working at Pave, Kilian worked as a Sr. Account Executive at UserLeap for 5 months. Before that, they worked at Carta for 4 years and 5 months as an Account Executive, Investor Services, and Sales Development Representative. Kilian has also worked as an undergraduate researcher at the Institute for Neural Computation for 10 months and as a Matlab tutor at UC San Diego for 4 months.

Kilian Marsh has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, San Diego in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Kilian graduated Cum Laude and with Provost honors in 2011-2015. Kilian was also a part of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the Club Ultimate Frisbee Team. Kilian Marsh is also a certified equity professional from The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
