Jill Tipping

Jill Tipping is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business development and strategic management. As Co-Founder and CFO at Pavelka since October 2013, Jill has collaborated with TV Fitness Expert Jessie Pavelka to launch health and well-being products and services, establishing The Pavelka House, an online platform that promotes healthy lifestyles. Jill also served as Co-Founder and COO of Xposure Limited from May 2005 to August 2017, where strategic business development and innovative audience engagement were key focuses. Additionally, Jill worked as PR Manager for rugby player Ben Cohen, enhancing their social media presence and facilitating the growth of their Anti-Bullying Foundation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Freelance Business Support Trainer and Project Manager for Business Link Kent from July 2003 to June 2009. Jill's educational background includes attendance at Folkestone Grammar School for Girls from 1974 to 1978.
