Haleh Azari currently serves as the President of Pavement Systems, LLC (PaveSys) since February 2015. Prior to their current role, Haleh held positions such as Research Program Manager at AASHTO-AMRL and Graduate Research Fellow at FHWA-TFHRC. With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park, their expertise lies in the development and implementation of test methods for asphalt materials, precision estimates, and research studies to improve pavement materials testing. Throughout their career, Haleh has focused on enhancing the quality and performance of asphalt materials.
