Youshan Lin

Youshan Lin is a seasoned healthcare investor currently with Pavilion Capital since April 2021. Previously, Youshan led the Research Innovation Enterprise Coordination Office at the National Research Foundation under the Prime Minister's Office in Singapore, where responsibilities included collaborating with various stakeholders to shape national innovation strategies across various industry sectors. Prior experience also includes roles at the Bioprocessing Technology Institute as an Associate Staff Scientist and Research Fellow, focusing on developing innovative stem cell products, and serving as a Research Officer at the Institute of Medical Biology. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Human Biology and Translational Medicine from Harvard University and a B.A. with Distinction in Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
