Caitlin Ritschard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, media, public relations, and leadership. Caitlin started their career at Death by Donutz as a Marketing Consultant, where they successfully ran a launch party, managed social media accounts, and created marketing materials. Caitlin later worked as a Sales Intern at Sherwin-Williams, where they learned about establishing key accounts and building relationships with clients. Caitlin also gained experience as a Content Creator at the Oregon State University College of Business, spearheading a newsletter for marketing students and faculty. Caitlin then served as a Publicity Chair and Society Events Chair at The National Society of Leadership and Success, where they increased engagement and coordinated events. Caitlin also worked as an Agency Coordinator at JTW, a Director of Social at AMA PDX, and a Director of Media & PR at Rebuilding Together Portland. Most recently, they held positions at Pavilion Construction as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Director.
Caitlin Ritschard attended Oregon State University from 2014 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: CPR/AED/First Aid from Medic First Aid International, Inc. in June 2022, OSHA 10 from OSHA Safety Training Institute in September 2021, 2021 Tax Credit QAP and Application Training from MFA Housing New Mexico in November 2020, ProCore Certification: Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies in March 2019, Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in November 2017.
