Heng Hwee Yeo

Heng Hwee "Yoman" Yeo serves as the Head of Government Relations & Corporate Services at Pavilion Energy since March 2014, overseeing key functions such as Corporate Communications and HSSE. In the role of Vice President of Government Affairs, Yeo has excelled in cultivating relationships with government stakeholders, advocating for significant policy changes that enhance business flexibility in LNG operations. Prior experience includes attaining the rank of Colonel in the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, as well as academic accomplishments with a Master of Science in International Relations from RSIS and an Executive Programme in Ethics and Compliance Leadership from INSEAD, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
