Efrain Castaneda

Efrain Castaneda is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Assistant Store Director at Pavilions since November 2016, Efrain has held various leadership roles, including Retail Sales Manager and Service Operations Manager. Previous experience includes co-founding Tlaloc Marketing LLC and positions at Sprouts Farmers Market and Haggen, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed employee training, crisis management, customer service enhancement, and financial oversight. Efrain began a career at VONS Grocery Store, progressing through roles with a focus on front-end operations and recruitment. Efrain holds an Associate of Science in Marketing from College of the Canyons and has attended California State University, Northridge.
