Charles Moosbrugger

Charles Moosbrugger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Charles is currently the Director of Product Strategy at Pavion, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls as a Strategic Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2022, where they played a key role in developing and executing programs for growth and market strategies. From 2006 to 2015, Charles worked at Tyco Integrated Security as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, responsible for collecting and analyzing data, managing the Green Belt Program, and utilizing various software and tools. Before that, they held roles at ADT Security, including Commercial Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Representative/Team Leader, achieving significant sales growth and receiving awards for exceeding quotas. Charles began their career as a Sr. Loan Originator at J & M Mortgage from 1997 to 2000.

Charles Moosbrugger has an MBA in Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Charles also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Tyco Integrated Security in 2016 and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2012. Charles is also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Tyco Integrated Security.
