Eran Bagim

Eran Bagim is a seasoned professional in business systems management, currently serving as the Director of Business Systems at Pavion since July 2025. Prior to this role, Bagim held the position of ERP Director at Dukal, LLC from June 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the Microsoft D365 Business Central system and managing both internal resources and offshore development teams. From February 2016 to June 2022, Bagim served as the Director of Systems Development & Support at Topaz: A Southwire Company, enhancing the utilization of Dynamics NAV. Bagim's prior experience includes serving as the Director of Information Technology and in-house Navision Developer at The Weeks Lerman Group, and as I.T Director and Senior Programmer/Analyst at Tache USA. Academic credentials include an MBA in Information Technology Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Haifa University in Israel.
