Michael Sheridan

Michael Sheridan has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and management. Michael currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pavion. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Randstad USA, including Managing Director, where they oversaw daily operations and led a team of sales and recruiting professionals. Michael also served as the Practice Director for Major Accounts at Randstad, responsible for managing a portfolio of national accounts and coaching a team of account executives and staffing consultants. Before their time at Randstad, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at the same company, focusing on business development and candidate sourcing within banking and financial services industries. Their early career began at The Millenium Companies as a Recruiter.

Michael Sheridan received their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Rhode Island from 1994 to 1999.
